The video classes are an optional part of the platform, destinated to the individuals interested in learning dance techniques and forró moves in all levels.

They are accessible via the School-Membership, which also includes valuable bonuses, as private sessions to assist you hitting your dance goals; exclusive Q&A spaces; etc.

All classes display the movement alone (leader and follower separately) AND with a partner. Some classes are specially for Solo Training.

Technically it is a single platform - but inside it's indeed split in 2 independent parts:

• 🌎 The Global (community AND video lessons in English)
• 🇧🇷 The Brazilian (community AND video lessons BR-Portuguese)

There are 2 reasons for that: one is obviouly the language; the other is the strong difference in context.

From a educator's perspective, this changes how relevant a consider a given topic - hence it influences whether/when/how I approach it in each given community.

Note: In principle, someone can be a member in both: but the memberships are independent / separate.

The platform is organized in SPACES ("tabs"), each one with their purpose. Examples:

• Articles: I (Matheus) write weekly educational texts about different topics present in the forró life (social, historical, cultural, etc.) - you can suggest topics you wish.
• Meet your fellows: space for presentations of people and their goals: what they want to achieve in/with the community.
• Living Room: where any member can start discussions about any topic.
• Live Calls: Overview of scheduled calls - connect with members, get quick platform news, make suggestions, etc.)
• Dedicated Spaces: Extra pages dedicated to specific topics (e.g. event organization, etc.).

The spaces, by turn, are organized in 2 GROUPS.
All examples above are in the "Community" Group. The other is the "School" group (for School-Members only). It includes:

• Video Classes for all levels, couple and solo.
• Students Space for questions about the lessons.
• Dedicated Live Calls for extra boost in the learning process.
• Temporary / Limited: for the first members, extra bonuses will apply (e.g. private sessions with me). That's limited to my capacity, so check below in the memberships section what bonuses are still available.

• All Community Spaces, including:
  • Pages with carefully written educational content (Articles);
  • Safe Spaces for exchange about any topic of your interest (events, struggles, tips / solutions, etc.);
  • Other topic-specific spaces, which are created according to shared interests.
• Chat function:
  • DM me - and I will reply ASAP (which I can't do over other platforms, as IG, Wpp, etc.)
  • DM your forró fellows (e.g. about community topics - easy ice-breaker to connect)
• Live Calls - sporadic sessions to exchange about the community or any topic of your interest.

• Examples: choosing topics for articles; adding topic-specific pages; and more creative ways to profit from our connection over the community.
